1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the LawnCarePro platform, websites, or mobile applications provided by CarePro Tech LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Provider accounts are subject to recurring subscription fees following the initial trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the billing cycle.
3. Provider & Customer Responsibilities
LawnCarePro provides the software platform facilitating job tracking and communication. The execution, quality, and guarantees of lawn care work remain strictly between the service provider and the customer.
4. SMS Communications, Consent & Marketing Campaigns
LawnCarePro requires explicit consent for all automated SMS notifications and marketing campaigns. When a customer registers independently, they must opt in via the registration form. When a Service Provider manually adds a customer, the Provider expressly warrants that it has obtained prior express consent (verbal or written) from the recipient before enabling marketing alerts. By default, customers without documented opt-in will be excluded from mass campaigns. The Provider agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CarePro Tech LLC against any claims, fines, or damages under the TCPA or carrier regulations resulting from unauthorized messages initiated from the Provider’s account.
5. SMS Opt-Out & Message Rates
Recipients may cancel or opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received. For support, recipients can reply HELP or contact support@getlawncarepro.com. Message frequency varies based on active services and campaigns. Standard message and data rates may apply.
